Lisa specializes in luxury residential golf and lifestyle properties in Naples. She utilizes her extensive knowledge and experience to assist clients to evaluate, negotiate, and make informed decisions when buying or selling a home.

Lisa and her husband Michael have a true passion for real estate both personally and professionally. They have invested in, managed, and renovated properties over the past 20 years in Naples, Boston and Vermont.

Originally from Wayland Massachusetts, Lisa and Michael visited Naples over 25 years ago choosing Naples as their honeymoon destination for its beautiful beaches, championship golf courses, and downtown European flair. Today they happily call Naples home.

Prior to joining John R. Wood Properties, Lisa had a successful business career in the institutional investment management industry leading sales and client service teams for prominent global firms including Goldman Sachs, Putnam Investments, and The Boston Company. She was recognized by both clients and peers for her market knowledge, responsiveness, and professionalism.  Lisa brings these same qualities to her real estate clients today.

Lisa is an avid golfer, skier and enjoys both tennis and pickleball. She and Michael spend time enjoying the pristine beaches of Naples and are often out and about town frequenting the many outdoor cafes and restaurants around town.

Lisa received her MBA from Babson College in Finance and International Business.  She also has degrees from Boston University, Ithaca College, and achieved the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation for investment professionals. 

Growing up in Massachusetts, Michael spent most of his summers on Cape Cod.  The town Chatham and the Atlantic Ocean made an indelible impression on him.  His first visit to Naples was his honeymoon back in 1991.  Immediately he and his wife Lisa knew they had found that special beachside experience again.  “The beautiful beaches, the golf courses, 5th Avenue and 3rd Street...” he recounts, “make living in Naples a true pleasure”.

Prior to Florida, Michael lived in Boston.  He worked for a real estate software developer, selling and implementing accounting and management solutions to commercial real estate managers.  Soon Michael was acquiring his own investment properties to manage.  This experience allows Michael to provide insight and expertise to the real estate investment buyer as well.

Michael works with his wife Lisa Trubiano, and as a team, they specialize in Naples' premier golf and tennis communities.  While working with Michael, you will immediately sense his enthusiasm for Naples and the lifestyle communities he calls home.

Michael graduated from Tabor Academy and earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Vermont.
